Sponsorship Request

There are many different kinds of sponsorship that you can request. IRHC can sponsor by providing money, people power, advertising, and specific items that you may need for a program. If you have any questions about what you can and cannot request please contact IRHC at SGAIRHC@admin.fsu.edu.

  1. The fist step is to complete the IRHC legislation form and submit it to the Director at least 72 hours before an IRHC meeting. (submit on Friday for a Monday meeting)
  2. Provide details (qutoes, plan for the program, etc.) on the form about what you are requesting and why you are requesting sponsorship. (lack of details may prevent you from receiving sponsorship).
  3. Arrive at the Board of Director’s meeting on time and provide a speech that outlines why you need the money.
  4. Be prepared to answer questions about your event and sponsorship request.
  5. Once you have obtained sponsorship keep in contact with the executive board to make sure that you will get everything you need and vice versa.
