Aramark

Aramark’s contract with the University provides IRHC with a $5000 In-Kind account each year. This account can be used on catering orders for events.

  • The Director is the only one who is authorized to sign for IRHC’s dining allotment.
  • When IRHC needs to make and order, the Director should be the one to contact catering to negotiate menu, prices, and make the necessary arrangements.
  • Give at least one week notice on catering orders.
  • Order can be placed through the Aramark website.
  • Fax back the order confirmation page that will be sent to your email at least 48 hours before the event.
