Distribute flyers in the halls
Make one copy of the flyer per floor and deliver it to the Residence Life desk in the Student Life Center. The publicity should clearly indicate IRHC as a sponsor/host of and event/activity.
The table below outlines the number of flyers that you will need for each hall.

Publicize in Stall Stories
Stall Stories is a newsletter published through the Office of Residence Life once or twice a month. The newsletter is compiled and distributed by the Westside program assistant, Joyce Smith. It is placed in the restroom stalls in community-bath buildings and designated areas in suite and apartment buildings. Information should be submitted two weeks prior to publication. Contact Joyce Smith at (850)645-2290 to find out upcoming publication dates.
Make Flyers Through Student Publications
Student Publications is a branch of SGA that provides flyer design and printing to RSOs and SGA affiliated organizations. They flyers are printed on big rolls of paper and must be cut after they are printed.
- Contact Student Publications at their office on the third floor of the Union (The Student Activities floor).
- Clearly outline the program and what kind of design you’d like.
- Provide program information.
- The designer will send you a proof of the design and the flyer will go to printing as soon as you sign off on the deisgn.
- The flyers must be cut (by IRHC) promptly after the flyers have been printed.
- Now you have free color flyers!
Make Door Hangers
IRHC has been given permission to make a door hanger once a year in the spring to publicize our spring programming week.
